Open House April 17th 2pm-4pm Holy Rosary School, Hawthorne

The February Open House was very well attended despite the terrible snow storm. Doubling the size of the camp again this year is going to be hard but we are well on our way to breaking enrollment records again this year.

The last snow storm kept many families indoors. I expect the next Open House on April 17th to be very strongly attended as many families have already RSVPed. The majority of our instructors will be in attendance to answer your questions as will myself and my assistant director Mr. O'Neil.

If you cannot attend in April I am planning another final Open House in mid May and several informal open houses at my home. Dates TBA.

Westchester Radio Aero Modelers Association Show

This coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday (beginning Feb 26) is the Westchester Radio Aero Modelers Assoc annual show at the Westchester County Center. I will be at the show all three days promoting the camp with a Mini-Z driving experience.

It’s an interesting show that I have been going to since I was a little boy.

With the economy where it is I dont know what the show will be like this year but if you can, please visit the HAT IN THE RING children’s building area where the kids build gliders for free. My Discover kids are welcome to bring their Mini-Zs and drive with us. There is an admission charge but I’m not sure what it is this year.

Just as a reminder: our first open house of the year is Sunday, the 28th, at Holy Rosary School from 3-5.
